An ecosystem which manages price updates, product lifecycle decisions, commercial terms for global supply chain (products&services) organisations, allowing users to smoothly interact with the tool through an easy-to-access intranet-facing web interface, whilst in the backend the inputs generated by the users are directly integrated with the corporate ERP systems through APIs and various connectors. The solution enables dynamically changing global purchasing catalogues and price list updates with minimal efforts and making able to extend such changes in a system-to-system manner to other operating companies (with a global footprint) in nearly real-time. The purchasing power and commercial value managed through this ecosystem can reach multi-billion EUR yearly ranges.
Entitlement reconciliation

The unique toolkit allows to store contractual rebates, discounts, diverse funds, lumps sums and a great varierity of other incentives which can be directly linked to different commercial deals, products and certain terms thereof. These conditions can be later recalled to be controlled, reconciled, settled and either credit or debited to the parnters, as per actual business performance and pre-agreed terms. The tool can manage a combination of dozens of suppliers, customers and agents with instantenous workflow systems. There are several in-built control points, approval gates, compliance and enforcement mechanisms, as well as workflows and a connection to a Data Visualization solution which allows real-time tracebility of balances.
Data fetch mechanism

We have created a consolidated data-flow out of more than ten different data sources and types by having these reconciled, uniformed and automated, resulting in a robust data-push as a baseline for an experimental procurement product. The solution removed the burden from the commercial community of reconciling Big Data, indirectly allowing the human workforce focusing on strategy, whilst the execution could be experimented with as part of the POC. It significantly contributed to reduce data-preparation time (hours vs. days).
